Notre Dame Food Studies - FALL 2014
Welcome! Over time I have been building this site as a resource for my classes. One of my goals this year is to continue to integrate more technology in my classroom and hopefully reduce the amount of paper I use. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any questions. If you need to see me in person, I am almost always in my room or office before school and at lunch. My office is in the cafeteria so you may need to check for me there as well.
This term I am teaching 2 sections of Foods 10, 2 sections of Foods 20 and 1 section of Foods 20/30. This term I am team teaching Foods 10 with Mr. Couillard and Mr. Wolfe.
