Secret(s) to good grilling:
Safety Note:
NEVER use the marinade that raw meat has been in to baste the meat while cooking unless you boil the marinade for a one minute at a full rolling boil.
- keep your grill clean
- preheat the grill, get it nice and hot
- wait for the meat to "tell" you when its ready to flip - if it's not ready to flip it will stick and tear
