- Hot sandwich (panini, grilled, fried, baked) with a salad made from either (cabbage, carrots, cucumber, broccoli, apple, fennel)
- Ethnic sandwich or alternative sandwich (i.e. lettuce wraps, cucumber boats, waffle sandwiches, Vietnamese banh mi etc... - can either be hot or cold)
