For this lab you will need to make:
- break down full chicken wings, prepare veggies and make a dip
- for the dip CUT THE RECIPE IN HALF!
- choose 2-3 types of veggies - carrots, celery, peppers, cucumbers, zucchini
- for your wings you can choose to make a "dry" wing or a "saucy" wing
- all wings can be seasoned and baked "dry" - any students wishing to use a sauce can bake the wings and toss them in the sauce after baking to coat them
