Looking for a few volunteers to help with an activity with some middle school students from St. Francis (Mrs. McCullough and Mr. Stang) - Friday January 24th.
International - 4 Groups = 8 countries = 4 days of cooking plus one extra
Comparison between two cultures - 8 recipes plus one individual recipe - 9 total
1. something wrapped or stuffed - one for each country
2. soup or sauce based dish - one for each country
3. protein based dish - one for each country
4. dessert - one for each country
5. your choice of dish from only one country - individually done

Fri Jan 17 - last day of classes - you all must be here! - GROUP 4 LEADS
EXPECTATIONS
•Leading group is in charge and needs to check up on other groups to makes sure they are done
•Everyone is expected to do their best work
•All food will be put out buffet style for everyone to try – you are expected to try everything (experience it!)
•All leftovers need to be packed up/eaten/taken away
•If you are done – find someone to help
•Add a reflection for each class to your journal and tweet something about what you made or learned today
